Impact
Edward St. John Hall is home to the Maryland Science Center’s most iconic exhibit—Dinosaur Mysteries. Each year hundreds of thousands of students visiting on field trips and children visiting with families explore dinosaurs and paleontology through our signature hands-on learning style. The exhibit recently went through a complete renewal to ensure that it is ready for the next generation of dinosaur hunters and future generations to come.

“The Dinosaur Mysteries exhibit, housed in Edward St. John Hall, is one of the Maryland Science Center’s most iconic visitor experiences.  For many of our youngest visitors, it is their first encounter with our unique brand of science education.  Through the support of the Edward St. John Foundation this exhibit inspires curiosity and learning about the wonders of these giants that once roamed the planet.”
