Cyber Science Program

Posted on December 5, 2017 (December 8, 2017) by Sizeable

“With the support of the foundation we have been able to expand our programmatic offerings to a greater number of students and begin instruction in our 8th grade. There are now 125 students involved with the initiative, roughly 10% of our student body. The foundation’s passion for supporting education matched our students passion for this subject area. In today’s digital economy it is imperative that we give our youth a solid foundation on what cyber is and how it works. The majority of the careers now and in the foreseeable future will require a digital background. The support of the Edward St. John foundation has been critical in allowing Loyola’s CSI to reach more students and helping to ensure a safer digital world for all of us. We are now seeing this program duplicated not only in the US, but internationally!”
